Green goes with gold like....salt goes with pepper! These ceramic salt and pepper shakers are dipped in gold and have all the gilded detail that we love! From the accent rim on the top to the perfect condition they are in, so much so that you can see the original stamp that they were made in Japan, they give us romantic notions of a soldier stationed in Japan sending these goodies home to his lady asking her to wait for him to return! We did check inside and there was not a hidden love note from the 1940's but there is plenty of room for your salt and pepper!
